Do I need to buy textbooks?

All the reading materials will be provided during the course. However, the facilitator may recommend suggested texts for further exploration.

How do I interact with the facilitator?

The participants will get an opportunity to communicate with the facilitators through live interactive session (once per week) and discussion forums which will be conducted during the course.

Are online classes self-paced or scheduled?

Online classes are scheduled. The timings and dates for both the lectures and assignments are fixed beforehand.

How many hours should I need to devote to this course in one week?

You need to spend 3-5 hours per week for entire duration of the course. The timeframe will cover lectures, assignment and live interactive session.

What, if I have any technological difficulty during the course?

The Help Desk is available on the website. You may mail regarding your problem to the info@elearningforpublichealth.com or call at 09914140413 during the working days from 9 am to 5 pm. The team will response within 24 hours of the query.

When do I have to pay?

Once you receive the ‘successful application’ mail from info@elearningforpublichealth.com, you need to pay the fees of the respective course. Payment should be done within 72 hours of receipt of mail. Failure to make the payment by the last date of submission will be deemed as a vacation of the seat by the participant and the same will be allotted to the next participant.

What are acceptable payment methods?

Only Online payment is available and payment methods include payment through credit card, debit card, UPI and net banking are acceptable.

What type of resource material is available online?

In the ‘My Resources’ section, the participant has an access to lecture videos, assignments, project work related documents, and referenced reading materials.

Is there any policy of refund?

There is No refund policy in the course. The fees once paid will not be refunded.

Is there any provision to interact with the peers?

The participants will get an opportunity to communicate through live interactive session and discussion forums.

Is there any ethical document need to be submitted online?

Participant need to check the ethical agreement information during the enrolment phase of the course.

Is it compulsory to purchase a laptop to attend lectures of the course?

You may attend the classes on your smart phone or tablet too. For more clarity in communication, we recommend the usage of desktop/laptop.

Is the course available offline also?

No, the course is only available online.

Can I enroll in more than ONE course at the same time?

Yes, you can enroll for more than one course at a time. All the courses have different timings. The scheduled time for start and end of each unit/module of courses are different.

What will be the procedure of the course assessment?

You will be graded on the basis of the pre course assessment, module exit test and Final course assessment, assignments and project work/ practicum.

Can I download the PowerPoint presentations of the course?

There is no provision of downloading the PowerPoint presentations of the course. The participant can only view or read it during the course period. However, you can download the resource materials.

Can I change the course in the middle of the already running course?

No, the course once enrolled can’t be replaced.

Is financial aid available?

Our courses are self-sustained, so we do not provide any financial aid.

When will I get the certificate?

The certificate will be issued after the completion of the full course. This includes attending lectures, timely submission of assignment, project work and final course assessment.
